HOUT BAY – CAPE TOWN

Hout Bay is a delightful suburb 20 kilometres south of Cape Town. We travelled to the area on local bus, passing the famous Clifton Beaches in the process. It’s harbour replete with fishing boats is a primary attraction. As it is extremely close to Seal Island seals frequent the harbour in their search for food. Unfortunately, as you can see, there is a considerable amount of pollution in the water.
