THE BEAUTY OF NATURE
In our hectic modern lives many of us forget to introduce any time for ourselves. It has been proven, multiple times, that observing nature can assist with de-stressing and reconnecting to mother earth.
Yes, I am aware that time is often in short supply, however, even a 10 minute walk or looking at photos of nature offers respite in a busy day. This process will definitely free up energy and assist with recharging our batteries.
Consequently, I have decided to post some of my photographs as aides to assist with mindfulness and staying in the present….thereby enjoying some of the wonderful beauty and colours in nature.
I recommend looking at the photos in a comfortable, quiet place with mobile phones placed in another room and on silent mode. Introduce a mantra such as THIS IS MY TIME. Savour the wonders of nature. Allow yourself to BE.
